It’s that time of year…. Burning Man. If you’ve never heard of it before, here’s a good overview. If you want to read more about the famous Orgy Tent, a quick google will tell you all you need to know — but beware of inevitable tabloid hype.

It’s becoming more common to talk openly about mental health issues, but we still don’t talk about it in terms of sex. This piece from The Good Men Project discusses men, depression and sex. Big thumbs up.


Hello from India!

I’ve been here for the last week, but over the last 2 days I’ve been at AugustFest, where I sat on a panel discussing building a business in a niche industry, and gave a talk about leveraging socio-economic trends when you’re designing your brand and products. As nervous as I was talking about sex in India, we had a great reception!

One thing that struck me here was how dynamic the Indian technology and startup scene is. I met some amazing women engineers and developers too.
